If I am unsatisfied with
my service plan, can I cancel the plan?
We hope that you are never
unsatisfied with our service. However, if you
are not satisfied with our services you can request
a refund. Cancellations made within the first
30 days of the life of the plan will receive a
100% refund, no questions asked. Cancellations
made after 30 days will be refunded on a pro-rated
basis, minus any claims.
What should I do if I do
need service?
There are two options
you can take to receive service. The first option
is to call the toll-free number located on the
front of your service contract. The second option
is to log on to www.eservicentral.com and file
a request for service. It is that easy!
Who will perform the service
on my product?
We have a list of over
10,000 authorized service professionals throughout
the country to serve you. Each technician is committed
to providing excellent service on all your products.

customer survey to let us know about the service
you receive.
What if I transfer my service
contract to another person?
Our service contracts
are 100% transferable. If you transfer ownership
of the covered product just let us know in writing
and we will take care of you.
Will I have to pay a deductible
or any other hidden costs?
Out-of-pocket expenses
will be eliminated for all covered repairs! We
will pay 100% of covered parts and labor (beyond
the manufacturers warranty).
